I have been researching about how to train for a marathon when you are overweight and out of shape… WOW do I have a long road ahead of me.
Everything that I have read says that you have to be able to run for 30 minutes straight before even starting the training. I don’t think I have ever ran for 30 minutes straight, I don’t even think I can run for 1 min straight right now. Tee hee hee. I have given myself permission to eat and drink what ever I want until January 3rd (because it is a monday)But after that it's focus, focus, focus.
